Our Services
Work Cover
Not with standing the advances in technology and work place safety generally, injuries still do occur in work places. We believe that injured workers should be assisted to access all of their entitlements under the WorkSafe scheme. Our objective is not only to guide injured workers through the WorkSafe scheme but to secure for them the maximum compensation benefits.
The potential benefits we pursue for our clients include:
- Medical and the like expenses
The necessary medical, allied health, pharmaceutical and surgical costs associated with a claimed injury.
- Weekly payments
Generally paid to injured workers who are unable to work on account of their injuries. Where appropriate, decisions by the insurer to terminate weekly payments will be challenged with the view to over turning the decision.
- Lump sum payments / Common law
Workers who suffer a permanent impairment may be entitled to lump sum compensation. This may either take the form of an impairment benefit, common law damages or both. Obtaining the maximum benefits or damages for injured workers is our primary objective.
